United Kingdom Shipping

Includes England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland & The Channel Islands.

      • Orders under £45: £2.99

      • Orders over £45: FREE

  • Premium Delivery

    • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days

    • Cost:

      • Orders under £45: £4.99

      • Orders over £45: £2.99

Duties & Taxes

All products are shipped DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid), meaning you’re responsible for any local taxes or duties. Check with your local customs office if you’re unsure about import fees.

Customs & Country Regulations

  • Ensure the products you order comply with your country’s import regulations.

  • If your order is rejected or returned due to customs issues, we’ll refund the product cost minus shipping fees (as long as items are unopened and in saleable condition).

Unfortunately, we cannot refund products seized, damaged, or destroyed by customs.

Incorrect Address

Double-check your shipping address before completing your order! We’ll try to fix errors if possible, but we can’t guarantee it.

  • If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the order is lost, rejected, or destroyed due to an incorrect address, we cannot issue a refund or replacement.

Delayed Delivery or Lost Packages

Although rare, delays or lost packages can occur. Here’s what to know:

  • UK Orders: Considered lost if not delivered within 14 days after the expected delivery date.

  • International Orders: Considered lost if not delivered within 14 days after the expected delivery date.

If your order is lost, contact us at hello@happiebody.com within 60 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot assist with claims made after this time.

At Happie Body, we’re all about helping you feel amazing! That’s why we created the 60-Day Feel-Good Promise — giving you plenty of time to fall in love with your products.

If you’re not absolutely loving them, no worries. Just email us at hello@happiebody.com, and we’ll guide you through the return process. Easy peasy!

How to Start a Return

Drop us a message at hello@happiebody.com within 60 days of purchase. To help us help you faster, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., confirmation email or receipt)

  • Any photos of the product, especially if it's damaged or arrived late

We’ll assess the situation and let you know if the item needs to be returned. In many cases, to reduce waste and help the planet, we may suggest you keep it — no return required. 🌍💚

If we do need the product back, we’ll send you a pre-paid shipping label so there’s no fuss.

What’s Eligible?

✅ Unused or partially used products
❌ Fully consumed items (sorry — we can’t take back empties!)
✔️ For bundles or multi-packs, we’ll refund based on what’s returned

Damaged or Defective Items?

We’ve got you. If something arrived damaged, defective, or wasn’t quite right, let us know and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund — no stress.

Refunds

Once we’ve approved your return (or confirmed you can keep the product), we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method. This usually takes a few working days, but your bank might take a little longer to process it.
