Happie Body was born from something deeply personal. When my dad was diagnosed with dementia and I lost my godmother to cancer. I set out to understand why these illnesses happen; I dived deep into the science of health and wellness. With degrees in Food, and Engineering, I created Happie Body to make science-backed, nutritionist-developed supplements that are clean, effective, and easy to trust.
